How to Create and Use a Photoshop Brush Using Artwork from Adobe Illustrator

I get a lot of requests for creating tutorials for some basic tasks such as loading and creating Photoshop brushes. I’m going to be creating more of these in the future, so feel free to offer suggestions.

This video tutorial walks you through eight steps to creating and using a Photoshop Brush using artwork from Adobe Illustrator. This tutorial is meant for people that have a basic understanding of Photoshop and Illustrator. I consider this a beginner level tutorial. However, this may be suitable for people who have been using Photoshop for a long period of time and haven’t explored using custom brushes. I walk you through these eight steps in this video tutorial and they are summarized in this article on mediaslap for reference.
